Booking & Payment Method

A cleared booking deposit of £300 is needed from the lead guest to secure a booking a reservation receipt of which will be confirmed to the guest in writing. The balance due for the rental period must be paid 6 weeks (42days) before the rental begins. Late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and re advertised to secure another booking. The owner will not be liable for any refund of payments made, compensation, expenses or costs incurred by the guests as a result of late payment. (See below cancellation policy).

Cancellation & Alteration

All cancellations must be made immediately by telephone, followed in writing by email or post within 7 days. Deposits, balance and full tariff payments made by the guest to the owner are not refundable unless a replacement booking can be acquired for the same period and tariff of the original booking, less any amount given as a discount to secure a booking from another guest. In the event of a cancellation the owner will make every reasonable effort to re-let the Cabin to allow the guest to be reimbursed.

Adverse Travel Conditions

Where there are ferry/plane disruptions due to bad weather conditions, any form of industrial action, covid or technical issues, Luskentyre Beach Cabins cannot be held responsible for non-arrival or departure and no refunds will be given. Should you need to stay longer we would endeavour to try to assist with finding other accommodation for you. You would be responsible for the full cost of any alternative accommodation. FORCE MAJEURE – The owner does not offer insurance or except any liability to the guest for losses, additional costs, compensation, expenses in the event of the property being unavailable due to non exhaustive list of and including the following examples, adverse weather conditions, ferry or plane cancellations, guests travel arrangements, natural disasters, terror attacks, acts of war, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics or general restrictions imposed by the local or national Government, which may prevent the guest arriving at the Cabin. Where there are ferry/plane disruptions due to bad weather conditions, any form of industrial action, covid or technical issues, Luskentyre Beach Cabins cannot be held responsible for non-arrival or departure and no refunds will be given. Travel Insurance

The owner strongly advises that the guest takes out comprehensive travel insurance.

Arrival & Departure

The Cabins should be ready for you by 4pm on your arrival date. You must vacate by 10am on your departure date so that we have time to get them ready for our next guests.

We would like you to call or email us with an estimated check in time please, as we do like to greet our guests on arrival and show them around the Cabins.

The Cabins

Occupancy must not exceed the number of people agreed at the time of booking and must not exceed the maximum occupancy.

The name provided throughout the booking will be solely responsible for the other guests during your stay and for any breakages or damages caused.

We politely request that any damage or breakages are reported to us as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen but reserve the right to charge for damages and breakages, which we consider, were deliberate or recklessly caused.

No furniture or bedding are to be removed from the Cabins.

All of the Cabins are non smoking, although smoking and vaping is permitted in the designated outside areas. We would ask that you respectful of our guests and are particularly careful when extinguishing your cigarettes and dispose of them in the outside buckets provided.

There is a strict rule of no candles in the Cabins.

We give an honest impression of what we Cabin looks like through our published images but please be aware that items such as furniture, furnishings & crockery are replaced from time to time and the garden may have changed since the published photographs have been taken.

Please be considerate to our other guests and our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

Please keep music volume to a level where it can only be heard in your own Cabin.

The guest is responsible for leaving the Cabin clean and tidy.
